Hi all, i set up successfuly ispconfig 2 on my ubuntu machine. I want to have my webs served by apache with suexec. I need that for php, so newly generated files are owned by the web owner. I checked the suexec checkbox in Administration/Properties but the server still writes new files as www-data. suexec is installed and enabled. What am i doing wrong? regards, smartt
Suexec is for cgi scripts, it does not affect mod_php. If the php scripts shall run as the website owner, please install suphp: http://www.howtoforge.com/install-s...tions-for-use-with-ispconfig-2.2.20-and-above
