Suggestions for ISPConfig3 future dev

Several things that could go in ISPConfig future development:

1. Monitor for ALL available services running on ISPConfig3 with controls (start,stop,reload,check etc where available)

2. Restart ALL services button or section that are installed on ISPConfig.

3. Add native support to use a Reverse Proxy, either nginx over apache vice versa.

4. Option to change all IPs of a DNS Zone simultaneously not one by one.

5. IOS app for monitoring...
