Doing my monthly maintenance window last night and I noticed that I was getting errors regarding Sury with the GPG Key. I didn't want to edit anything manually without checking on here first.
Wait an hour and try again, does it work then? This usually fixes it. If the GPG key has been changed, the error message should indicate this. The maintainer discusses some keyring things here: https://mastodon.rfc1925.org/@deb If nothing else helps, check with https://packages.sury.org/php/README.txt you have the correct key.
