Swap 100%

    Hi,
    What could be wrong if swap is 100%?

    Do you have munin installed? That could help to find out what's wrong.

    Which applications use all the ram / swap? Check this with "top" command or with "ps aux".

    How to get the pid's with the most used mem or cpu with top?

    Mmmm I upgraded from Ispconfig 3.2.1 to Ispconfig 3.2.2 and the SWAP decreased from 100% to 24%.

    A ISPConfig update restarts all services, thats moost likely the vreason for the decrease as the memory was not consumed by ispconfig.

    Till,
    So the cause could be mysql or apache or something like that?

    Yes. One of the services that is run on your server and that gets restarted on update. This are apache, mysql, php-fcgi processes, postfix, courier or dovecot, pure-ftpd, amavisd-new, clamav.
