The change of eth0 from p4p1, don't work

I have made ​​the second fresh install, due to problems with the first one. (With smtp on port 25)
I was able to detect that adding biosdevname=0 in /etc/grub.conf
This change has no effect on eth0. It remains p4p1.
Is it important & essential?
I'm working with Fedora on AMD FX-15 x4
