   The nameserver fields are the primary and secondary nameserver that are authoritive for the domain.

   so if our nameserver is domain.com i dont prefix it with ns1. and ns2. ?

   The namservers must match the namservers that you entered at the domain registry. This is not a question of a prefix, the namservers can be even total different domains.
