The Perfect Server - CentOS 5.6 x86_64 [ISPConfig 3]

I do not manage to install The Perfect Server - CentOS 5.6 x86_64 [ISPConfig 3].

I receive the mistake next messages:

As can correct these mistakes.

Looks like CentOS doesn't like your hardware. Is this a physical server or a virtual machine?
