Hello, Was Let's Encrypt purposely left out this VM image? After enabling it unchecks its self. Nothing under /var/log Code: root@debian:~# updatedb root@debian:~# locate letsencrypt /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/classes/letsencrypt.inc.php /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/classes/cron.d/900-letsencrypt.inc.php /usr/share/webmin/webmin/letsencrypt-cleanup.pl /usr/share/webmin/webmin/letsencrypt-dns.pl /usr/share/webmin/webmin/letsencrypt-lib.pl /usr/share/webmin/webmin/letsencrypt.cgi root@debian:~#
The VM image has letsencrypt installed. But the letsebcrypt program is named certbot, that's why you did not found it with locate command. See FAQ if you have any problems with Letsencrypt cert creation: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/lets-encrypt-error-faq.74179/
Update: I was going to post this yesterday but was getting error between me and cloudflare so I'm posting this today. After lots of reading I figured that when image was made there was no Let's Encrypt but with update of ISPconfig its there as a place holder. Followed more recent tutoririal section 11 Install Let's Encrypt https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...4-jessie-apache-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3-1/2/ and answered all the question. I was never asked about "no names were found in your configuration files" maybe because I have already one domain there for testing, did I setup it correctly? Do I need to restore again and start over or this is "o.k."? It appears to be working and I have checked mark on Let's Encrypt!
