The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 10.10, no connection

To begin i did like to thank the author of the article for making such great tutorials! But it seems i did something wrong, i can't go on after part three, step seven, it's always saying i can't connect to the needed files for the update(check screenshot below)

The content is as follow:
nameserver 192.168.28.1
domain localdomain
search localdomain

The tutorial doesn't mention that file, so i don't know what to do, i'm just learning
