    In your tutorial "The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 9.10 [ISPConfig 3]" I
    > used the hostname "*server1.example.com*" with my actual IP address
    > 192.168.x.xx and the gateway 192.168.x.x. throughout the tutorial which

    You can change the hostname in /etc/hostname and in /etc/hosts. You might also have to change it in /etc/postfix/main.cf. Reboot the system afterwards.
