This ugly little beast has raised its head.
I'm running 3.0.3.1. A client went over his traffic quota. I set it active again. The site isn't there. I rebooted the server The site isn't there. I changed his quota to -1. The site isn't there.

What on earth do I do now? The files are exactly were they were, nothing has moved and yet all you see is the default "It Works!" page.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Simon.

The traffic quota can not be activated again by rebooting the server as traffic quota is a cronjob which runs once a night and this cronjob is not run on a reboot. So your current problem is most likely not related to traffiuc quota at all.

Please check the error.log of the website for errors and also the dns records of the website etc.
