I have (nicely working) an email server on falko's way, all computer clients are "windowzes" with Thunderbird as email client. Users like to keep thunderbird always opened with the autocheck email feature, and time to time, when they want to send an email thunderbird gives back an error like "couldn't connect to the server because the security protocol isn't supported" or so, the workaround to that problem is pretty simple, just close and open thunderbird again, so it must be something related to a time out or so on the connection. Question is, is there some value i must change on thunderbird or the mailserver to avoid that error?
