Hllo, Im using Softacoulos for my clients When installing wordpress the db settings is sent to the SQL server But the cron is running every minute to generate the user and database Often the installation stops before the database and user is created cant connect to database failure. So is this a issue with te time delay or something else i can do. In the past this was not any problem.
Softacoulos must test if the database exists, and if not, wait some time and retry. Probably they changed something in their scripts if it worked before. In any case, it's something that you should discuss with their support.
