followed the ISPConfig First Step tutorial. Tools/Plugin using URL method returns error. However I could separately go to ISPConfig site to download e.g. roundcube, phpmyadmin and then use ISPConfig-tool to install using File instead of URL. 1. Is there some module missing in my ISPConfig? 2. Will subsequent versionsn of e.g roundcune be updated automatically using File method? 3. How to remove e.g roundcube? Can access Phpmyadmin ok. Supplying the same userid/pword for roundcube, nogo...closed the browser, didnt have patience to wait for > 1 minute. 4, Whats wrong ? appreciate any help
1) No. 2) No 3) The password for phpmyadmin adn roundcube are some totally different things. roundcube = email program = login is the email address and the password of this email user phpmyadmin = interface to mysql = login is a mysql user and password
Ah, had not added email clients. done that. send some test mail to existing emails @yahoo some hrs ago, did not receive yet, no mail error in roundcube, no postmaster messages. How to check whats wrong ? thanks

As indie pointed out, you can use another external mailserver with a fixed IP address to relay the emails trogh. Have a look at this tutorial: http://www.howtoforge.org/postfix_relaying_through_another_mailserver
