Today I want to add a DB-User and DB. Since today the username was created with a prefix like c12_myChoosenName. But since today the Prefix is gone, and I don't know why. On System ⇒ Settings ⇒ Site ⇒ DB Userprefix the Textfields where empty. I try something like: c[client_id]_ or [SERVERNAME], but they wont be replaced if I create a new DB-User. Any hint, why this not work... and which Placeholder to use here?
I assume you did not mean to write "since today" on both of those? Maybe the first should be "before today"? Are you using ISPConfig even though you posted on Linux forum? In ISPConfig Panel at System tab and System | Server Config | Sites tab there is "Database user prefix". On my ISPConfig that field reads Code: c[CLIENTID] which if my memory serves me is the default.
