I have about 15 servers with ISPConfig. A bunch of them have Traffic Exceedance Notification messages and all sites are set to "Notify" but I am not getting any emails when sites go over their bandwidth quota.

Also, are these messages sent daily?

I will check if there is something broken in the script. The messages should be sent daily.

Any update? This is very important for billing purposes.

This is still not working for us on any of our servers (around 15).

    Any update on this?

I just checked the scripts, traffic exceedence messages are sent to the mail address that is stored in the client details. There is no message sent to the admin at the moment.

OK, but I am not getting BCC'd on any messages on any server.

It's working for me. Are you sure that you filled in the sender and BCC addresses for "Web Site Suspension Notification (Traffic Exceedance)", "Traffic Exceedance Notification", "Reseller Suspension Notification (Traffic Exceedance)", and "Reseller Traffic Exceedance Notification" under Management > Server > Settings > Options?
