Traffic Limit 'bug'?

    Hi All,

I set up a new client with a new website. Needless to say his traffic stats are all zero still.

I was getting 403 forbidden error and was unable to access his site at all (not even once). I only got to the site when I removed the traffic limit and set it to 'No action'

My setup is the Perfect Centos4.4. The site I tested only had the default welcome page in it (no uploaded files).

    Any ideas?

    TIA
    Yiannos

set all your limits to -1 which is unlimited and test to see what happens.

OK i did the following (in this order):

    1. Set the limit to -1 and the action to 'suspend'. The site works
    2. Set the limit 100 (initial value). The site works still.

It seems that when I first created the site, although the limit was at 100 by itself, there was something else registered in the system underneath. Could smn else reproduce this by making a new site for a new cust?
