Trouble loading vhost Apache ISPConfig 3

good morning,
I am managing ISPConfig in my hosting and currently I have about 20 websites working correctly. The problem began to appear with new websites that are not loading for me. What I see is that the page is loaded by "Default server", the first page that appears in the list is loaded when I run the "apache2ctl -S" command, and in that list the new page that I created appears, but when I consult from a browser does not work.
I don't know what to look for anymore.

I like to create a website that is always first in alphabetical order, like 00aa.tld or similar. Then put on that site index.html that explains why user ends on that site.
Check the site you try to reach with both http and https. Check the certificate on the site you try to reach is correct and working.

The problem I had was that the Domain A I have declared the specific IP, I declared the IP in the domain B and it worked.

 

I think it is best to use * for all instead of ip for each.
