Hi there! I'm having trouble identifying where the problem is... I created a subdomain pointing to an internal folder, but it's returning the default Apache page when I access it through the subdomain... if I access it through the /subdomain folder it works normally. Where should I start the diagnosis? Should I create the DNS A record for the subdomain? Thanks!
If you have a wildcrad DNS record that pints to the server, then you do not need an A-Record. Check the apache access.log file of that website where you added that subdomain, does a record gets added there when you access the subdomain?
