TSC appears to be running slowly. Marking it as unstable

    Hi, I run RHEL5 on VirtualPC on Windows XP (32-bit). Whenever I boot Linux, sometimes even before coming to login it displays a message "TSC appears to be running slowly. Marking it as unstable". See attachment.

    If anyone has the solution to get rid of this message, please let me know.

    Today I've noticed the same thing on my virtual machine (Centos 5.3) without VMWare Tools.
