Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier, MySQL And SquirrelMail (Fedora 18 x86_64) In working through the Virtual Users, domains w/postfix howto when I ran into a problem where I could not actually verify if pop3 is working ok. When I try to telnet to pop3 I get a dovecot reply. # telnet localhost pop3 Trying 127.0.0.1... Connected to localhost. Escape character is '^]'. +OK Dovecot ready. quit +OK Logging out Connection closed by foreign host. I tried disabling it but then the telnet does not work. I also tried looking in the audit.log and messages for errors. Can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this? thanks
