Ubuntu 11.04 x64 Server as Windows Backup server. How?

I was looking to set up Clonezilla SE on a headless Ubuntu 11.04 server I have set up as my fileserver. I have 3 x Windows 7 machines at home that I would like to image with this utility. Being a lazy type of person, I would love to be able to automate everything and set the machines to PXE boot to pull the images every day or week or whatever. I have already set up wake on lan and tested it successfully and know where to find scripts to shut em back down.

Ok long winded, sorry. My question is this: I have looked through the Clonezilla SE tutorial posted elsewhere (here Thanks so much by the way) and where I'm falling down is, and it could just be my lack of knowledge here, but if I set my PC's to boot PXE first, and have my fileserver set up as a DRBL server to receive those PXE requests, won't the PC's just boot into the Clonezilla menu every time they boot (and never proceed further on into Windows) unless I change the BIOS back to boot to the HDD first?

I suppose what I'd like to know is, could I have things set up to, say, every night or whatever, wake the PC's, take a full image of all their drives (two drives on two machines, one RAID 0 on the other) and back that up to the fileserver's drives ALL without having to reconfigure the BIOS on each machine between boots AND executing all this from the fileserver? I guess I haven't been looking around hard enough, but I can't quite wrap my head around this... Thanks guys for any and all help you may be able to provide. And please let me know if there's anything else you need from me.

Oh and since I often see people requesting this:
    Ubuntu Server 11.04 x64
    uname -r
    2.6.38-8-generic-pae
