when I am trying to connect to ftp, the process showing me as successfully logged-in and thereafter halts at - retrieving directory listing. When I checked the syslog, I can see ufw is blocking the connection. whereas in my ufw rule, I haven't added anything as disallow as yet. also the FTP defalut port is 21 and is included in ISPCONFIG allow ports. UFW status also shows port 21 allow from any. so I am not able to make out, how it is getting blocked and how to fix it. If I disable the firewall in ispconfig, the directory listing is done without any issue.
