you can use proxmox free of charge, however you'll be reminded to support them by buying a subscription for support or hack the code to disable the alter when loggin in it's pretty easy to setup but sometimes you need to go from the web-ui to console to do some quirks like having a chrooted container if you don't have a super server which handles various virtual disks well. en plus ( but I don't know wther it's working or not ) https://git.ispconfig.org/EXT/proxmox
