    Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place to post this so please move it or delete it as you see fit.

I am new to ISPConfig. This latest v3 release is my first contact with it. I don't quite understand what is going on with the UI in general. It doesn't give the user feedback about ongoing things.

    1. Say for instance I click on a tab. AJAX is awesome but you should at least $("#loading").fadeIn('fast'); and then .fadeOut('fast'); when the AJAX request completes. Right now you click on a tab, don't get any feedback so you click it again, and then no feedback again and you click another tab and another and finally it catches up with your clicks and you get a succession of tab changes...
    2. I was instructed to change my password on first login and so I did. I have no idea if it worked or not because I don't see anything. No confirmation, no error. So I log out, log back in and that's how I know the password was changed.

I don't mean to sound like a complainer but the software needs some help in the UI department. Including the look...

So. What can I do to help out? I won't be able to dedicate a ton of time, but I would sure like to try and improve on the current UI.

I don't have any experience with github or svn or whatever versioning system you use, but I'm a fast learner.

    Hi,

if you like to help in the ISPConfig development, then send a email to dev [at] ispconfig [do] org with your howtoforge username and if available your sourceforge username to get a SVN account.

I moved your post to the dev forum.
