Unable to access Softaculous

    I have installed Softaculous as per the instructions on their website, installation went all ok.

    it has arrived in Tools but when I click on the option I get an error ... ERROR IN SHIFTING TO USER LEVEL

    this happens wether I am logged in as admin, or reseller or client.

    Any ideas?

    softacolous was fine for many months, and this stopped working when i updated to 3.1, and then i got the same message, so i am sure it is a compatibility issue.

    Yes, that's very likely. If they did not updated their software for ISPConfig 3.1 then it might have stopped working.
