What does not show e-mail logs? If this is an ISPConfig system, follow this and post the common issues report: https://forum.howtoforge.com/threads/please-read-before-posting.58408/ Did you just now install this system? How was it installed, following which instructions? Do the log files exist in the directory? Code: ls -lh /var/log If the log files are not in /var/log, the system maybe uses systemd for logs? But then it was not installed following ISPConfig install instructions.
