If you just installed this server, why does it have old version of ISPConfig? Snap service is not running. That should be resolved. Examine why it fails with Code: systemctl --state=failed There is something wrong with mail server setup, the port 465 not listening shows that. Plus examine postfix master.cf file, compare to what the manual says that file should look like.
Thanks will do. And no I said I followed that guide. I did it a little bit ago but just realized that mail was not working.

In what part of the manual do I find where it says what is should look like? Update: Snap service has been fixed.

Thanks all for your assistance, the issue has been resolved. I fixed the snap as it appear to not be installed. Just reinstalled it and relinked and that fixed that issue. For the Master and Main I was missing some configurations. Then from there ran the force update for ISPConfig so it would reconfigure and once I rebooted the server after doing all this it started to work.
