Both errors are not from ispconfig, ispconfig just sends you the email. So using the ispconfig debug options will not help you. Edit the file /etc/cron.daily/00webalizer and comment out the cronjob inside as it is not needed for ispconfig. Regarding rkhunter: Ckeck if there is an update available, maybe your rkhunter version is broken.
