Hi, First, excuse my poor english, i'm french. I just take a low cost server (dedibox V3 : http://www.online.net/serveur-dedie/offre-dedibox-v3.xhtml ) to host my websites. Shared hosts don't wanna me now I have 4 websites : - 1 forum (the biggest, 3000 visitors a day, 700 posts a day, 2Go a day of traffic , everyday more persons come, register and post. In two months the forum will have two years) - 1 joomla website (about 100 visitors a day) - 1 NPDS (phpnuke-like) website (about 100 visitors a day) - 1 mediawiki website (about 100 visitors a day) All my websites, are all-payed by myself. To permit to stay neutral, independant, and for no agression of eyes, there is no publicity on no one, to help me to pay my websites costs. All money come from my pocket, by passion. That's why i choose ISPconfig. But.. Before to work on ISPConfig configuration. I have already 2 problems in logs after installation of ISPConfig i try in english (again sorry for my poor english) in fact, in logs : and smtp server is offline with following messages Because we subited, in past, hackers targeted attacks, i would like my installation and configuration be clean and secured to ensure the best possible attacks. so I already started the problems because now I'm not very clean lol I install ISPconfig following that tutorial : http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-10.04-lucid-lynx-ispconfig-3 Could you please help me Thanks a lot
Your virus protection is ok, so nothing to worry about. The error is misleading. The only relevant parts are: Tue Sep 28 08:31:08 2010 -> main.cvd is up to date (version: 52, sigs: 704727, f-level: 44, builder: sven) Tue Sep 28 08:31:08 2010 -> daily.cld is up to date (version: 12038, sigs: 132716, f-level: 53, builder: guitar) Tue Sep 28 08:31:08 2010 -> bytecode.cvd is up to date (version: 74, sigs: 10, f-level: 53, builder: edwin) which show that the antivirus recipes are up to date.
