Hello, I have a reseller. Say he has 10GB of mailspace he mqy use. He asked me if he can set the mailboxes with quota unlimited. (groupquota) I cant set this up without giving him unlimited diskspace I treid to setup a client under his account with unlimited, But even then it is not possible. The reasen why he wants to do this is that he has a lot of small mailboxes reserving space.
You will have to give him unlimited disk space if you want to allow him to set unlimited disk space to his clients. If he would be able to set unlimited space while you gave him a limit, then this would not make sense as he would be able to exceed the limit that you have set which would render the limit useless.
to bad that ispconfig doesnt support groupquota i search the archive and the same question is asked several years.
