update (debian 10 to 11 : ok) but ISPconfig issue : creating backup (stuckk)

my 11 ISPconfig servers have successfully migrated to Debian 11, with reboot ok. (following this guide: https://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-upgrade-from-debian-10-to-debian-11/)

Then going to migrate ISPCOnfig ... (https://www.howtoforge.com/update-the-ispconfig-perfect-server-from-debian-10-to-debian-11/)
==> ispconfig_update.sh --force, and got :

there is this issue on my panel (first) server, all 10others server are at the step :
Shall the script create a ISPConfig backup in /var/backup/ now? (yes,no) [yes]:
