That's a problem in your master MySQL server and not in ISPConfig. If your MySQL server rejects the login, then ispconfig can not fetch job updates and the message:

22.09.2016-14:47 - WARNING - There is already a lockfile set, but no process running with this pid (2805). Continuing.

is just the result of the hard shutdown due to the mysql issue which is handled correctly by ispconfig (ignoring the lock file as the prior process has dies and left the lock file).

Check the master mysql and to be sure the local mysql as well. try to login with the ispcsrv* user, hostname and password from config.inc.php file from slave to master server with the mysql command to test the cnnection. maybe mysql blocked the IP of your server or fail2ban blocked it or similar.

When IP or hostname has changed or are set to wrong values, then the MySQL login of the ispcsrv* user from slave to master node will fail so that changes can not be picked off from master by the slave server.
