Update old server PHP and MySQL

    Hello

    I have a old server (Fedora) with ISPConfig running.

    For some new web sites I need to run MySQL5 (from 4 now) and a newer version of PHP.

    I need to be able to go back fast if I get issues.

    What dir/files do I need to back up?

    If you want to go sure, make an image-based backup, e.g. with CloneZilla, SystemImager, or Ghost4Linux.
