can i update Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04 on ispconfig 3.1.13? i want php version update to 7.2,but i don't know if only update php version,the system will be break or not, so maybe update Ubuntu is the best choice?

You have third party packages installed. hhvm does not come from ubuntu repositories, but from http://dl.hhvm.com/ubuntu according to the listing you provided. Debian Release Notes chapter 4.2. Checking system status states It seems Ubuntu upgrade instructions do not mention this. Do you need hhvm when you get PHP 7?
