Updated Dutch language file set for ISPConfig 3.0.3

Because ISPConfig 3.0.3 comes with some new features, it was necessary to update the Dutch Language file set.

Till uploaded this language file set already to SVN, so it will be available with the next ISPConfig3 release, but if you want to have it already, here it is!

 

You still have a lot of "The" in it what should read "De".
