So I did the ISPConfig3 update because the migration tool complained the version I was using wasn't updated. Now all my domains are blank on the source server. The target server has everything updated correctly and the domains are there. However, now I'm stuck because for some reason the root login on the original server isn't working and I can't make any changes because the source server always complains the domain is blank :/
