UPDATED: vhost file not updated when Aliasdomain create/modify/delete after updated 3.1 stable

    Debian GNU/Linux 7.9 -- ISP COnfig 3.1 - Dedicated Server
    htf_report.txt attached

    Issue located:
    Missing line break after this line in vhost files:
    "RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/\.well-known/acme-challenge/"

    When Aliasdomain create / modify / delete:
    - vhost.err file updated but vhost file not updated
    - before updated to 3.1 it works fine.
    - I tried to Resync all services, but nothing
