    Hi all,
I've still installed a fresh Ubuntu 22.04 with ISPConfig 6 weeks ago and now I've seen there is a Ubuntu 24.04 compatibility as well.
It's save to make a distro upgrade havino ISPConfig latest ( 3.2.12 ) or it's better start from fresh?
Actually I've nothing on my Ubuntu 22.04, but the setup was made following the perfect server setup as well as securing with Let'sencrypt.
Letme know what you would suggest.
    Thanks!
    Simon

If the previous one is on vm, then just create a new one. Other wise, format it and start a fresh ISPConfig server with Ubuntu 24.04.

There will be a tutorial available in a few days on how to do the Ubuntu 22.04 to Ubuntu 24.04 upgrade on an ISPConfig server.

Thanks @till . BTW if you suggest as well to start from fresh having the server empty, that would be maybe the best choise.
Then, I'll need a way to backup-restore some sites. I know there are a lot of threads and the migration tool as well, even if, for 3-4 sites, I don't think it worth.

Normally, there should be no need to start with a fresh server, unless your current system installation has been proven to be unstable or is somehow messed up. But yes, you can always start with a fresh system if your prefer that.

There should be several threads here in the forum about manually migrating or moving an ISPConfig server, if you do not want to use the Migration Tool for that.
