Upgrade of mysql 5.1 to 5.5 on Ubuntu 10.04

    I am etching to upgrade mysql to 5.5.

    Is it worth?

    Is it safe to upgrade mysql 5.1 to 5.5 on Production server on Ubuntu 10.04.

    What care I should take? Reccommended Process if any?

    ISPCONfig 3.0.4.6

    Mysql 5.1 is stable and works well, so no need to update. Personally I would only update to 5.5 if I would have to install a software that does not work under 5.1.
