    Hi,
in my Debian 8 ISPConfig server is installed pure-ftpd v1.0.36, it's possible to upgrade it to newer versione like 1.0.47-49?
I have an issue during FTP picture transfer and in some cases pictures are uploaded incomplete.

You should update Debian to the current version, this will give you a newer pure-ftpd-mysql automatically.

Make a backp of your server, image backup if possible so you can restore a booting system.
Follow Upgrade instructions in Debian Release notes for Debian 9.
Then find on this forum or the Tutorials how to deal with the ISPConfig part of the upgrade.

Upgrade should not make you loose data but making a backup is prudent.

After upgrading to Debian 9, I can't load Roundcube webgui correctly as you can see here: https://www.toscana-meteo.it/webmail/
It seems to be a problem to load the jqueryui folder.
    How can I fix it?

Try uninstalling roundcube and install according to the perfect server tutorial for your current os, apparently Debian 9. While you're at it, you might update to the current stable version, Debian 10 (and follow the debian 10 perfect server guide afterwards).
