Upgrade to 2.2.19 troubles on Ubuntu 6.06.1LTS

Getting some problems trying to upgrade my ISPConfig install on my 32-bit Ubuntu 6.06.1 LTS Installation. Getting the following errors;

alright, im upgraded but now I cannot seem to access the web control interface :/

Shutting down ISPConfig system...
/root/ispconfig/httpd/bin/apachectl stop: httpd (no pid file) not running
ISPConfig system stopped!
Starting ISPConfig system...
/root/ispconfig/httpd/bin/apachectl startssl: httpd could not be started
ISPConfig system is now up and running!

looks like my apache running on port 81 which I use to access the admin interface via the web isnt working...

any ideas on how to fix this? thanks in advance.
