Hi folks, Its time to change, i will prepare my upgrade to change from mu actuel debian 10 to 11 and after a day on 11 to 12. How it works ? I will make under root : (you know with nice login su —login ) apt update && apt upgrade -y apt full-upgrade apt auto-remove Then changing the sourcelist, initially to Bulleye, then to Bookworm. systemctl reboot after each, and … that’s done, so easy. But my question is how about ispconfig ? If i want to make a proper update, how to do so ? Thanks for help P.
ISPConfig does not support Debian 12 yet, as you can see at ispconfig.org supported OS list. Therefore you can not update to Debian 12 yet without breaking your system. I recommend you update to Debian 11 and wait until Debian 12 is supported by ISPConfig. We will announce that as usual on ispconfig.org, here in the forum, and on Twitter and Facebook.
And here is a guide on how to upgrade from Debian 10 to 11: https://www.howtoforge.com/update-the-ispconfig-perfect-server-from-debian-10-to-debian-11/
Thanks till, that s the reason that i never rush for the upgrade just to get some feed back before. Ok i will wait for 12 and thanks for your reactivity and your help
