upgraded to 13.10 from 13.04

Help! upgraded to 13.10 from 13.04

and now i get You don't have permission to access / on this server. How do i correct this

 

What do you mean by "no permission"?

How do you try to get access to the server (ssh / web -> ispconfig3, ...) and in what case are you getting what error message, that leads to "no permission"?

 

Apparently 13.04 reads things differently. I fixed it from this Site
