Upgrading ISPC

    I am running version .12. Is it safer to upgrade to .13 then to .14 right afterwards, or is it the same to skip .13 and go straight to .14?

    I just need to do it the safest way, it doenst matter which way takes longer.

    I recommend to upgrade directly from 12 to 14.
