    Hi,
I have an ISPConfig box running on a UK VPS instance provided by Aruba Cloud. I set a customer to "suspend" before Christmas and since then any https (8080) connections to roundcube or the ISPconfig web interface results in the box becoming unavailable for approx. 60 seconds.
The hosting provider said nothing has been changed with regards to connecting to ports.

I have checked the SSL certs, IPTables rules, Fail2Ban and cannot see either of my IPs being blacklisted, customers connecting get unable to connect SSL errors in their browser. Nothing out of the ordinary is caught in the log files (for example apache2 or roundcube logs).

Interestingly, services on port 80 (PHPMyadmin) are working as I can manipulate the database (i set the customers suspend flag back to N to see if this would fix it).

    Any ideas?

Quick update, moved the https port from 8080 to 8090 and this has resulted in services becoming available again.
The hoster confirms 8080 is not shaped or restricted in any way.
