User email change password

How email user can change you password without passing for admin user of domain?
How https://domain:81/mailuser in Ispconfig 2.x

install subversion apt-get install subversion

and the new path for the roundcube plugin is

http://svn.web-wack.at/ispconfig3_roundcube/trunk/

BTW current RC stable is 0.5.4.
