User-name and subdomains for each user? ([email protected]; user.mydomain.com)

    Hi 2gether,

    If I create a new user, it's always something like web1_user. So it's confusing for a user, if I say, your Username is something like web1_user, but your e-mail Adress is different etc.

    I think it would be great, if there would be the oppurtunity to change not only the prefix. You should be able to choose between prefix oder suffix. I've tried to use the variable [domain]@[user]. It works, but it's contrary to what I'd like to: [user]@[domain] would be great as an user-name! So it's more clear. Users don't like to have 10 different logins and names etc. :)

    Is it somehow possible to bring ISPConfig to act like that? Haven't found it out yet...

    Btw, it would be also great, if I could bring DNS automaticly to make an entry like user.mydomain.com for reaching his/her homepage instead of "only" http://www.mydomain.com/~user
