User under ISPCONFIG 3.0.5.1 cant' see all mails

  1. Hi,

We have implemented massive mail upload and all seems working fine.

Under admin account in ispconfig we look 527 mails created and working fine, but under user account in ispconfig we only can see 27 mails created. Both users have unlimeted mail accounts, and all domains under a domain of user account.

Do you know why user can't see all mails?
Why are lot of mails hidden?

    Thanks

  3. mails are mailboxes

    Hi Till,

    mails are mailboxes

Testing it seems when I put user who can't see all mails under admin group in ispconfig, it can see all mails.

I don't know why some mails are under admin group but other can be viewed...

    There's any explanation?

    Thanks

admins can see everything, so admin is not a group. You basically disabled all permission checks for this login, so this is nothing you want to do.

seems as if some mailboxes are assigned to a wrong user then. The permissions of a record are defined by its sys_* columns in the database table.
