I choose ISPConfig3 because it would let my customers to handle theire own mail adresses and personal web page, I tought so anyway.

I'm selling internet service and I'm offering 5 email adresses and a personel web page as basic service. package I was indeed able to configure a user template with those specifications. However, users were not able to create any email addresses or web page folder since they do not own a domain names. I would like them to default to my domain (abicom.ca).

    Am I missing something?

    I basicly want to :

    a) Let users manage theire emails :
a1) Creates up to 5 emails adress ON MY DOMAIN
    a2) Change theire email passwords
    a3) Setup out of office

    b) Let the user manage theire personal webpage
b1) Let the user choose a subfolder entry of my domain
    (e.g. www.abicom.ca/luser)
b2) Create theire own ftp/webdav user

However, it seems that ISPconfig require that each users owns a DNS name. Am I wright?

    Yes, thats correct.

But you can assign your users their own website by using a subdomain like user.domain.tld and let them manager their website, ftp etc. for that subdomain.
